I accidentally ordered the wrong size boots from JustFab, and I thought the exchange was going to be a whole thing. But it wasn’t bad at all. The return label was right there, which was a relief, and I kept getting updates so I wasn’t left wondering what was happening.

The new pair showed up faster than I expected, and they actually fit perfectly this time. Oh, and customer service was friendly when I had a random question about the exchange. Overall, super easy process, cute boots, no hassle, so I’m happy

Overall, the sizing was mostly right, but I do think it runs a little small. It fit me okay, just a bit more snug than I expected. Not a huge deal, and I’ve had worse luck ordering clothes online, kind of like when you buy avocados and they’re somehow rock hard one day and mush the next. Anyway, I’d probably recommend going up a size if you’re between sizes.

The VIP prices are actually good, but having to remember to skip every month is annoying. I don’t always want to deal with that extra step, and it feels like one more thing I have to keep track of.

I’ve bought from justfab a few times now, and the prices is decent for what you get. The shoes looks cute and they’ve held up better than I thought they would. I usually just wait for a sale or some kind of deal, and then it feel totally worth it.

They have a good selection and lots of cute options. I just kinda wish the sizes stayed in stock a little longer
